Woodbury, NY — April 2, 2026 — Clever Devices today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hitachi Rail, bringing together two organizations united by a deep commitment to helping transit agencies operate more efficiently, sustainably, and compassionately for the communities they serve.
