From their historic streetcars to critical bus service, NORTA and Clever Devices teams leveraged solutions like CleverVision for real-time passenger updates, as well as Disruption Management and Incident Management to help them quickly adapt to any unexpected changes and keep services running smoothly.

During the 2024 RNC, Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) relied on our technology to navigate an influx of visitors and extensive security-related street closures. MCTS rerouted 14 bus routes using Disruption Management, ensuring operators had clear, updated guidance while riders stayed informed through BusTime real‑time arrival predictions and automated onboard announcements. Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation
Detroit welcomed nearly a million visitors during the 2024 three‑day NFL Draft, and SMART turned to our Disruption Management tools to meet the surge. The agency added two new routes and nearly 30 extra shuttles, all of which were clearly visible to riders in real time. The 2022 FIFA World Cup required an unprecedented level of transit coordination across five stadiums and multiple depots for a full 28 days.
