The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) requires operators to announce routes, major intersections and transfer points.  Riders who are blind, cognitively impaired, or hearing impaired as well as commuters and tourists, rely on consistent on–board announcements when using the fixed route bus system.  Many bus operators find it challenging to continuously deliver accurate announcements to their riders while performing the many other tasks requiring their attention.  To assist the operators, Clever Devices developed its fully–automated Automatic Voice Annunciation (AVA) system.  Using our GPS–based navigation technology, Clever Devices makes your system more accessible by providing accurate, clear, audible and visual announcements inside and outside of the bus for every stop and route.
